- Window: All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Final Sale: After 3 days, items are no longer eligible for return or refund.
2. State of Return
- Unopened Only: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Seal Intact: The original safety seal must be unbroken. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any bath salts where the seal has been tampered with or removed.
3. Reason for Return
- Damaged in Transit: If your jar arrives broken or leaking, please contact us immediately.
- Wrong Product: If we sent the incorrect scent or size, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
- Change of Mind: Accepted only if the item remains in its original, sealed packaging.
4. Process for Return
- How to Initiate: To start a return, kindly drop a mail at contact@lei-ama.com.
- Details Needed: Please include your Order Number and, in cases of damage, clear photos of the package and the product.
- Instructions: Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with the return shipping address and instructions.
5. Process of Refund
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
